Classic Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) oolong tea from Anxi. This lightly oxidized oolong is known for its orchid-like floral aroma and smooth, creamy taste with a sweet, lingering finish. The tightly rolled leaves unfurl to reveal whole, intact leaves when brewed.
